SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping at doseofparadise.ca. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.
Same-Day Hand Delivery
Dose of Paradise offers Monday-Sunday same-day hand delivery options for all GTA residents. Orders must be placed before 2:00pm for same-day delivery. Any orders placed after 2:00pm will be delivered the next day.
Curb Side Pick up
For no additional charge, you may pick up your order directly from:

Domestic and International Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Typically, you will receive your delivery within 3-7 business days after your order has been shipped. If there will be a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Dose of Paradise is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Dose of Paradise is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICIES

If you’re looking to return, exchange or cancel your order, Dose of Paradise is here to help!
We offer returns or exchanges only for defective items within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can return your purchase for a store credit or exchange it for a different product. You are entitled to cancel your order within 24-hours without giving any reason for doing so. Cancellations for orders that require same day delivery are not permitted. To cancel your order, you must inform us of your decision by email at:
We are NOT responsible for any damages or losses incurred during the shipping process.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items must be returned in original packaging and remain unopened.

Returned items must have no visible signs of use.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Attach pictures of the defective item and a short message explaining the reason for sending the item back.

Include in the email whether you would prefer to exchange the item or receive a store credit. If you are doing an exchange, identify which item you would like to receive in place of your returned order.

Dose of Paradise reserves the right to decline returns if any of the above mentioned guidelines are unmet. Returns and exchanges are evaluated and approved on a case by case basis.
